Our glassware is all handmade, which means that each item is individually crafted by skilled artisans. We therefore do not accept any returns or exchanges except if items are broken during delivery to you.
Our glassware is packed with care and consideration. We carefully pack all items in order to eliminate any damage during shipment, so items rarely arrive broken. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, you will need to provide us with the following information, by email to email@example.com, within 7 days of delivery:
- Photographic evidence of the broken item(s), making the quantity and item(s) clear
- Your order number
- Details of the item names, and quantities broken
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement
