Our glassware is individually handcrafted by our artisans and each piece is one of a kind. The item you receive may look slightly different from what you see online. A few small bubbles or lines may occur due to the nature of the material.

All sales are final unless items arrive broken or damaged during delivery.

We carefully pack all items in order to eliminate any damage during shipment, so items rarely arrive broken. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, please provide us with the following information by email to sales@sugahara.com within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Photographic evidence of the broken item(s), making the quantity and item(s) clear
  2. Your order number
  3. Details of the item names, and quantities broken
  4. Whether you would like a refund or replacement
