Enjoy Junmai-shu Junmai-shu is brewed with rice and water, to highlight the notes of rice within the sake. The Mai遯ｶ蜀ｱ simple shape, reminiscent of a Japanese teacup, and is designed to relish the rich fragrance of rice to its fullest.
